Processing Times

In-stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days within the United States, and within 5–10 business days internationally, after order confirmation.

Made-to-order items: Lead times vary. Most pieces are produced on-demand and ship within 4–6 weeks. Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, stone sourcing, and workshop schedules.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking details. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if this is your first order.

During holiday seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

Laura Sayan Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier and a signature has been obtained.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free shipping on orders over $1000.

For orders under $1000, a flat shipping rate of $45 will be charged.

All shipments require a direct signature upon delivery.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Customers are responsible for any charges related to bounced or undeliverable packages. If a shipment is returned after multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to U.S. states where we are required to collect and remit by law.
International Shipping

We ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Shipping methods are selected based on destination and order value. If a shipment is lost in transit, a claim must first be completed with the carrier before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Customs Duties & Taxes: International orders may incur import duties, taxes, and fees once they reach your country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment, you remain responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the cost of return shipping. These amounts will not be refunded.

We cannot guarantee specific arrival dates for international orders due to customs clearance times. Delivery may take 2–4 weeks depending on the destination.

Once an order has been shipped, Laura Sayan Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

For U.S. orders: If you have not received your package within 9 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

For international orders: Please allow up to 4 weeks due to customs processing.
