Made-to-Order Jewelry
Most of our jewelry is made-to-order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds on these pieces. Once production has begun, made-to-order purchases cannot be modified, exchanged, canceled, or refunded.
In-Stock Jewelry (U.S. Orders Only)
For pieces currently available in stock:

Eligible for exchange or store credit only (no refunds).

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Only accepted for orders within the United States.
International Orders
All international sales are final.

All international sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

For warranty or repair services, international customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and customs fees both ways.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Claims for damage or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if the package has not yet been prepared or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Exchanges (U.S. Orders Only)

Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date and is non-transferable.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging (Laura Sayan Jewelry box).

Items showing wear, resizing, or damage will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges under $1000 will incur shipping charges on the new order.

Place your jewelry in its original packaging and shipping box.

Attach the prepaid return label (if provided).

Ship within the time frame specified in your approval.
Warranty, Repairs & Resizing

We provide a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, misuse, accidents, chemical damage, or third-party repairs.

If covered, we will determine whether replacement, substitution, or repair is possible.

After the warranty period, repair and resizing services are available for a fee. Costs vary depending on the nature of the work.

International repairs will incur two-way shipping and duties at the customer’s expense.

Repair turnaround time: 4–6 weeks, depending on complexity.

Due to the natural characteristics of gemstones, slight variations in color, inclusions, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness and beauty of each piece and do not constitute defects.
